SUPERSTITIONS & BEYOND
What is a superstition? Protection or fear? Or both?
This is an invitation into an immersive exploration of how superstition can act as both shield and cage.
FIRST PART
First, we will contemplate the ways in which words, symbols or rituals may protect us or block our expansion.
On one hand, it is not so much the words themselves that shape our experience, but the energy and intention with which we use them.
Words alone do not create reality but the fear of words can limit us.
On the other hand, superstitions connect us to a collective field, allowing us to tap into its resources and its ancient wisdom.
You are probably familiar with the superstition: “Never say anything negative, or it will manifest misfortune.” Meant to protect, yet it can also shut down critical thinking, silence our voice and the vital energy needed for action and creation.
In preparation for this event, I have done an experiment myself with this particular superstition. I will share the surprising findings with you. 
SECOND PART
In the practical part, we will:
Choose one superstition that shapes your life and investigate its origin
Identify where it is installed in your body and what effect it has in your life
Move through it somatically, playing with the boundary created by this particular superstition
By participating, you will:
Understand superstition
Notice the subtle ways in which fear mixes with superstitions and blocks your growth
Learn to consciously interact with symbols, words, and rituals without being limited by them
Gain an embodied understanding of how superstition works for your body or against it
Renew your connection to your creative power
Make the first practical step toward moving freely, fully, and creatively in the world
This workshop is for those who, like me, dare to experiment. To test ideas for themselves and play with new forms.
As most of you know by now, I don’t like talking for the sake of talking. This is experiential, transformative work. I bring myself fully, you bring yourself fully and through our encounter, something larger, richer emerges.
